SOS Program

1. In this role, you will connect with journalists, media outlets, podcast hosts, producers, and bloggers and devise strategies to engage them in Black Connect's SOS program. The purpose of SOS is to help media outlets source stories in order to present different perspectives, increase minority representation in the media, and accurately portray communities of color. PR for the organization

2. In this role, you will write and edit press releases and create messaging around social media and email marketing campaigns. You will seek out and secure media opportunities for the organization.
